00600		A Women's Fine Arts Invitational Exhibit is planned for November 1975.
00700	The exhibit will include the works of 30-40 outstanding women artists of the
00800	San Francisco Peninsula.

01300		The show will run the entire month of November.  It will be located at
01400	180 University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto and will be open Tuesday through
01500	Saturday, 12 to 5 p.m.; also, hopefully, Thursday and Saturday, 7:30 to 11 p.m.,
01600	in conjunction with the Women's Coffeehouse project.  On Sunday afternoons we
01700	will offer the gallery to local women's groups for their own programs.

01900		The Invitational is a cooperative and non-profit venture and no commission
02000	will be taken from the sale of work.  Therefore, each contributor will have certain
02100	obligations, such as the donation of one day sitting at the show as a docent, and
02200	the payment of a $10 fee which will cover costs of utilities, publicity, etc.
02300	The fee will also cover 10 to 15 announcements each, but we'll ask you to mail
02400	them at your own expense.

02600		In addition, there are several preparatory activities for which we will
02700	need all the help we can get.  These are listed on the return slip.  Please
02800	check off as many as you can.

03000		If any of the work obligations create a hardship for you, assistance
03100	will be available, including shared days at the show, etc.  We're flexible
03200	and welcome your suggestions.
